Introduction of the metal baler
This 630-ton scrap metal baler is a scrap metal recycling equipment
specially used for scrap metal packing and compression. The baler
adopts PLC automatic control system, the maintenance workload is
small, the later maintenance is also convenient, the operation is
simple, and one person can control it. The baler is also divided
into a single master cylinder baler and a double master cylinder
baler, and this Y81-630 baler is designed with a double master
cylinder, the baling pressure is more stable, and the baling block
is tighter. The size of the material box and the size of the
package block of the machine can be designed and manufactured
according to customer needs.

Applications of the baler
Y81 series hydraulic metal scrap balers is applicable in steel
plants, recycling companies, ferrous &non-ferrous smelting
industry to press metal scraps (steel, copper, aluminum, stainless
steel, discarded automobiles) into acceptable furnace charges
(shapes: cuboid, cylinder or octagon).
Features of the baler
1. All models are hydraulically driven and can be manually operated
or PLC controlled automatically.
2. The package delivery methods include turning package, side
pushing package, forward pushing package, manual picking, etc.
3. Where there is no power supply, diesel engine can be used as
power.
4. The size of the feeding box and the shape and size of the bale
can be designed and customized according to the user's raw material
specifications.
